Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their z9999 login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. z9999 strongly recommends enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication on all accounts.
Players must not share their login credentials with any third party, including family members. Any activity conducted on a z9999 account using valid login credentials will be treated as activity conducted by the registered account holder, regardless of whether the account holder personally initiated the activity.

z9999's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
z9999 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment processor outages. z9999 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible following any disruption.
